These terms govern your use of BookByOnline. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your staff access, and the accuracy of the information on your booking site.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not abuse messaging, attempt to disrupt the platform, or infringe others’ rights.
Payments & fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Payment-processing fees are set by your provider. Taxes are added per your region.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from settings. Your booking site stays live until the end of the paid period.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
